Vikas Bahl: I would like to have Alia Bhatt in Shaandar

Newbie Ali Bhatt is topping director’s priority list and this time, the filmmaker who is ditching every other Bollywood’s bombshell for Alia is Queen’s director Vikas Bahl. Vikas is currently working on his latest venture titled Shaandar and he has roped in Shahid Kapoor as the lead actor. Now, the talks are on that the 21-year-old may be cast opposite Shahid in the flick.

Vikas keeps the cast information under wraps and discloses minimal, “We have finalised Shahid. I would like to have Alia in the film, but we are still working on the script. So it's too early to talk about it (the heroine).” Even Alia stays quite about featuring in Shaandar, "I prefer not to talk about anything right now. Whenever it has to come out it will." Alia’s upcoming awaited flick 2 States is releasing on April 18 and she is also filming for Karan Johar’s Humpty Sharma Ki.
