Revealed: Why Salman Khan’s Character Is Called ‘Tubelight’

We all now know that Kabir Khan’s next directorial, ‘Tubelight’ will star Salman Khan and the actor’s fans are eagerly waiting to get a glance of his look from the film. In the movie, Salman’s character is called Tubelight as he is very slow at learning things. The plot of the flick is a cross border love story. It revolves around two characters that fell in love from different countries when India was at war with China.

Reports surrounding the location of the shoot hinted that the movie would be shot around the scenic beauty of Ladakh. Lately, Kabir, through his social media account, gave us a glimpse of the breath taking location where ‘Tubelight’ will be shot. The shoot for the flick starts from July 28.

The Dabangg star has earlier worked with Kabir Khan in hits like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. A report also suggests that the female lead may be played by our very own Deepika Padukone. Fans will be more than happy to see the fresh pair.
