Director Ridley Scott gained his share of recognition with the science-fiction horror film Alien in 1979. The film was a commercial breakthrough and paved ways for more of his works. In the 'Alien' franchise, the director has helmed 'Prometheus' (2012) and is back with its sequel, 'Alien: Covenant'.

The sixth installment in the series is hyped as the scariest movie in the franchise so far. If reports are to be believed, the flick is bound to give the shivers. On asked why he returned as a director to the series, Scott said, "We evolved and elevated what was fundamentally a horror film to another level. Here we are still making them, so the proof is in the pudding. To put it straight, this one is definitely going to scare the hell out of you".

The movie was earlier named as ‘Alien: Paradise Lost’ but it was later renamed ‘Alien: Covenant’. Featuring actors like Michael Fassbender, Katherine Waterston and Billy Crudup, the film is set to release on May 19. It will release this week in India.
