Arnold Schwarzenegger is in conversation for The Toxic Avenger’s remake

The Terminator is in talks to star in director Steve Pink’s remake of the 1984 classic, The Toxic Avenger. The original film featured Mark Torgl being tossed into a barrel of nuclear waste by a pack of nerds. He then became the dreadful, yet super powered Toxic Avenger. But Schwarzenegger won’t be playing the title character.

Schwarzenegger is looking forward to play the role of The Exterminator, a former agent, who trains Toxie to use his super natural powers for good. Though the talks are still on, a lot is still in the box. Schwarzenegger will next be seen in David Ayer's crime thriller, Ten.
