It has been reported that Jaimie Alexander, who plays the character of Sif in Thor films, talked about her discussions with Warner Bros. in relation with a new project. This revelation has made many people believe that she is the one who would enact Wonder Woman in the upcoming Batman vs. Superman film. But not only Jamie, it’s being said that three actresses in total have gone for the auditions for the female lead’s role in the sequel to Man of Steel.

The three actresses include Fast and Furious's Gal Gadot, G.I. Joe: Retaliation's Elodie Yung and Quantum of Solace's Olga Kurylenko. Additionally it’s being heard that a fourth actress is also in the race for the role which has been elaborated as "tall, brunette, athletic and exotic." It has been learnt too as Jamie has some previous commitments towards Marvel, it’s unlikely that she gets any of the female role in the film, be it Diana or anything else.
