Brad Pitt is to set star in next Robert Zemeckis’s thriller

According to sources, Paramount Pictures, GK Films and New Regency announced they're making an untitled romantic thriller with one of Hollywood's biggest stars, Brad Pitt, and one of its most acclaimed idealistic directors, Robert Zemeckis. The duo is teaming up to make their first movie together.

According to sources, the movie is still untitled, other than that it is set during World War II and is said to be ‘epic’ in scope. The script has been written by Steven Knight who just penned Pitt’s World War Z sequel which is currently in development. The epic story will be produced through King’s GK Films banner with Jack Rapke, Knight, Patrick McCormick and Denis O’Sullivan serving as executive producers. Pitt will next be seen in By the Sea, opposite Angelina Jolie. He recently appeared on the big screen in Fury, The Counselor, 12 Years a Slave and World War Z.
