Daniel Craig May Not Return As James Bond!

Daniel Craig May Not Return As James Bond!

Who is the next James Bond? The question that has been asked more than anything still does not have a definite answer. Earlier, it was reported that Daniel Craig will return as James Bond for the fifth time but, now, the actor has shared that no such decision has been made. Daniel was recently present on a US radio show where he negated the reports of him returning as Bond.

The actor has been part of the Bond franchise since 2006. He first took up the role of Agent 007 in ‘Casino Royale’. The movie was then followed by ‘Quantum of Solace’ which came out in 2008. The next instalment, ‘Skyfall’, came out in 2012 and went on to become the highest grossing Bond movie of all time, bringing in $1.1 billion worldwide. ‘Spectre’, which was the latest film in the series, came out in 2015. It became the second highest grosser with $880 million worldwide.

Talking about the next Bond film, Craig shared, “I'd hate to burst the bubble, but no decision has been made at the moment. There's a lot of noise out there and nothing official has been confirmed and I'm not, like, holding out for more money or doing anything like that. It's just all very personal decisions to be made at the moment”.

While it is quite understandable that this is a tough decision to make, fans who have been waiting for the actor to return are still in dilemma.
