    Hollywood movie lovers are going to have another round of dodgeball asFox Studios and Red Hour Productions, run byBen StillerandStuart Cornfeld have hired a writer, Clay Tarver to script the long-awaited and long-discussed follow-up story to the 2004 hit comedyDodgeball: A True Underdog Story.

    The 2004-film, starringVince Vaughn grossedmore than $114 million domestically while the budget reported was $20 million. Though negotiations were on for the sequel for a long time, nothing was coming into actual place till date. Now the sequel is finally getting ready to pose another threat to all the box-office records.

    Tarver, who has earlier worked with J. J. Abrams in writing the 2001 thrillerJoy Ridewill be in his comfort zone while penning the script forDodgeballsequel as he specialises inthe comedy genre. Presently he is also working onQuantum Hoops,another production by Red Hour.
