Edward James Olmos, Ryan Guzman Roped In For Windows on the World

Variety has reported that Edward James Olmos and Ryan Guzman have been roped in for pivotal roles in the 9/11 film ‘Windows on the World’. The movie will be directed by Edward’s son, Michael D. Olmos. It will tell the story of a man in Mexico who, after learning of the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center, travels to New York to find his father who was working at the Windows on the World venues.

Edward Olmos was last seen in ’Monday Nights at Seven’ which was a family drama. The movie came out in October last year. He also gave the voice for Gayo in the animated flick ‘Americano’ which released on June 13.

On the other hand, Ryan Guzman was last seen in ‘Everybody Wants Some!!’ which came out in April last year. He was also part of the TV series ‘Notorious’ where he played Ryan Mills. He is working with director Mario Van Peebles for the flick ‘If’ which does not have a release date as of yet.
