    I'm Proud To Be A Part Of It: Jared Leto On Playing 'The Joker' In The DC Extended Universe

    Hollywood actor Jared Joseph Leto is popularly known as Jared Leto. The singer, musician, songwriter and director is also part of the music band Thirty Seconds To Mars. Leto was last seen as ‘The Joker’ in the 2016 movie ‘Suicice Squad’.

    Earlier, Jared was pissed off with Warner Bros., who sliced major portion of his screen time as ‘The Joker’ in the movie. Now, the actor has exhibited that he feels proud to be ‘The Joker’ in the DC Extended Universe. The 45-year-old actor will be reprising the role of the clown in a standalone movie. The Dallas Buyers Club star was quoted as saying, “Everything's great in that world, and I'm really proud to be a part of it”.

    It is being said that this standalone movie will focus upon the characters of ‘The Joker’ and his love interest ‘Harley Quinn’. Margott Robbie is said to be reprising the role of ‘Harley Quinn’. The standalone movie will be helmed by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, who have previously penned and helmed the 2011 movie Crazy, Stupid, Love.
