First trailer of American Ultra starring Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg released

The first trailer of American Ultra has been released by Lions Gate Entertainment. The action comedy has been helmed by Nima Nourizadeh. The film features Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg in the lead roles.

The movie sees Jesse Eisenberg portraying the role of Mike, a regular pot head, whose biggest dilemma in life is how to propose his long time girlfriend Phoebe- to be played by Kristen Stewart. But his life changes when he discovers that he is actually a sleeper agent working for the government and is now being hunted down by other agents. In order to protect himself and his girl he has to unlock his long lost spy training.

The movie is slated for release on August 21. The film has been produced by David Alpert, Anthony Bregman, Mark Fasano along with Kevin Rizzio and Raj Binder Singh. The flick also features Bill Pullman, Connie Britton and Tony Hale.
