Oscar-winner actress Halle Berry has decided to move to court again seeking permanent restraining order against her ex-husband Gabriel Aubry who indulged in a fistfight with her new lover Olivier Martinez over this Thanksgiving weekend. According to TMZ, as the emergency protective order would be lifted on Tuesday, the Hollywood star will be taking her ex to court again to make the restraining order permanent which will restrain Gabriel from coming near his daughter with Halle for an undetermined period of time. "If Gabriel can't control himself enough to protect Nahla from emotional trauma, it's too risky for him to be around the child, Halle, or her fiance" a source said.
