Hello Kitty Movie Coming Out in 2019

Sanrio will be funding and producing a Hello Kitty movie set to release in 2019. Hello Kitty is a fictional character created by Yuko Shimizu. The 68-year-old Japanese designer has also created Angel Cat Sugar and Rebecca Bonbon.

The Hello Kitty character is a white Japanese bobtail cat with a red bow. She can be found on products like school supplies, fashion accessories and bags. The greater aspect of this story is that the budget for the movie will be between $160 million and $240 million. This kind of a budget is usually seen for big Marvel movies. The distribution costs are expected to be included in this budget. 

Hello Kitty was created in 1974 and will be the first character by Sanrio to have a movie. Fox Animation has made a deal with the company and hashed out plans to bring Mr Men and Little Miss characters to the big screen as well. Sanrio might also make plans for projects focussing on Mr Melody and Little Twin Stars.
