The actress also approached producer Barbara Broccoli for the same and is presently busy with the preparation of her upcoming film 'Film Stars Don't Die In Liverpool'. The film stars Annette Bening and Jamie Bell in the lead roles and has been directed by Paul McGuigan.

    The 67-year-old actress said, “I told her I want to be the new Rosa Klebb (the villain in ‘From Russia With Love’). They should have a baddie woman. I’d love that. What accent would I use? Depends on the baddie- depends on the baddie. Maybe she should be from North Korea. Anyhow, I haven’t heard back”. Further, the actress revealed that on hearing about the making of a sequel to 'Mamma Mia' she was surprised.

    Moreover, Julie Walters had received an Academy Award in the Best Actress category for her stint in Educating Rita. She has featured in popular movies like ‘Billy Elliot’, ‘All My Sons’, ‘A Short Stay in Switzerland’ and much more.
