    Idris Elba Had Great Time Working In 'Thor: Ragnarok'

    Actor Idris Elba has stated the he enjoyed working in 'Thor: Ragnarok'. The 45-year-old who returns as the Asgardian gatekeeper Heimdall in the third iteration of the 'Thor' franchise further expressed of having a bigger role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Unlike other people of his age who complain about the ubiquity of superhero films, Elba loves the genre.

    Idris said, "I've never felt that way. Weirdly enough, I've got like the Peter Pan syndrome when it comes to the kinds of films I like... I like that I have a little part in 'Thor'. I'm neither movie star or day player. It allows me to do other things I love..."(But) I wish I was more present in the Marvel family. I like what I have, but I also wish that I had a bigger character in the Marvel universe.”

    The100 Streets actor has said the he is always approached by the Marvel studio to portray the role of Heimdall. "It's been great, but I kinda think I need a bit more. I want to be a superhero. I like the idea of that,” he said.
