James McAvoy to enact Victor Von Frankenstein in Paul McGuigan’s film

After a long hunt, finally Fox has got the most perfect actor to play the character of Victor Von Frankenstein. The X-Men: First Class star James McAvoy will be playing the role alongside Daniel Radliffe’s Igor in the Paul McGuigan-directed film.

The deal is almost ready to be signed. This role has been one of the most sought-after ones and several actors went for auditions for the role like Boardwalk Empire‘s Jack Huston and Toby Kebbell who set out with Guy Ritchie-directed RocknRolla. The film will be produced by John Davis’ Davis Entertainment. McAvoy was recently seen in Danny Boyle-directed Trance and has also completed shooting for Filth and The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Him And Her.
