Jared Leto on his Oscar winning film Dallas Buyers Club: I have not seen the film yet

Jared Leto is an acknowledged name now in Hollywood after he grabbed the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his extraordinary performance in Dallas Buyers Club. But, to our huge surprise, the actor has revealed that he has not watched the film yet.

Jared told Ellen DeGeneres on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, “I have not seen the film yet.” He continued, “I think one day I will watch it, because, you know, I’ll be curious at some point.” “But it was such an intense role. It’s better for me to just leave it alone right now,” he added. Jared was also quite ecstatic about the reception post the Oscar night as he said, “There were paparazzi waiting outside of my house this morning.” “I don’t know if [they were there] just to kind of celebrate the day with me or find out who else I was sleeping with, but I got in at — I think the crack a** of dawn last night, maybe 6 o’clock — 5:30,” he added further. His “who else I was sleeping with” comment obviously referred to a previous question by Ellen on her show when she asked him if he slept with his Oscar or not.
