Earlier, model Kendall Jenner was in trouble for using an image of TMZ, who filed a lawsuit against her company. Once again model Kendall Jenners’ company Kendall Jenner has been sued by a New York -based photographer for using the picture of rap icon Tupac. The t-shirts featured photographs of the musical icon with their own likenesses imposed on it.

Latest reports revealed that photographer Al Pereira has filed a complaint against Kendall Jenner Inc and claimed that she had used photographs of Tupac Shakur, Notorious B.I.G., and Redman in the collection, clicked by him for making t-shirts. Previously, due to photographer Michael Miller’s legal action, the model and her sister had to put all the t-shirts on sale, as they had printed them without the consent of the photographer.

The photographer even planned to take legal action against all profits made from those garments that were on sale. However, according to the brand officials, the copyright violation lawsuit was ‘baseless’. They said that they had obtained the shirts from a company which had a valid license to sell them. Moreover, they had sold only two of the garments with the rappers picture imposed on it, before pulling out the stock from being sold.
