Kylie Minogue returns to the big screen

Pop star Kylie Minogue who disappeared from the big screen is likely to make a comeback with New Line's action-packed earthquake movie titled San Andreas. The movie portrays a dangerous journey, a special-operations fire-fighter makes from Los Angeles to San Francisco with his ex-wife in order to save their daughter.

The movie directed by Brad Peyton is likely to feature Dwayne Johnson and Carla Gugino in the lead roles. Kylie released her first album named Kylie in 1988 and is known for her singles like I Should Be So Lucky and Confide in Me. She emerged as an actress with television soap opera Neighbours and was seen portraying the role of The Green Fairy in Moulin Rouge!. The romantic musical film was directed and produced by Baz Luhrmann. The story revolves around a young poet who falls in love with a cabaret actress.
