Pop star Lady Gaga has launched a unique black perfume that sprays on clear and smells different on different people. The product, which will be available in the market next month, contains hints of incense, honey and apricot nectar. For the world's first-ever black perfume, the Bad Romance star collaborated with fragrance firm Coty Beauty. "It is the first-ever black eau de parfum and we use language like 'black like the soul of fame but invisible once airborne,' which makes the fragrance an allusion to the dark side of fame... And it will smell different on different people, Coty Beauty executive Steve Mormoris told Women's Wear Daily. Mormoris added, "There is a different volatility for different notes, and theyre of differing strengths. They work together harmoniously, but then they undergo metamorphosis on the skin, so youre constantly surprised... Some accords will come out if you rub it, other accords will come out later." The bottle of the perfume has also been shaped like an egg taking inspiration from Lady Gagas infamous entrance at the 2011 Grammy Awards. The bottle has a claw-inspired cap and words "Ultimate Masterpiece" are written on it.
