Marcus Wareing Impressed By Bradley Cooper’s Cooking Skills

Four-time Oscar nominee Bradley Cooper will be playing the role of an up-and-coming chef who is trying to get back his grip on the industry. The movie titled Burnt will hit theatres on October 30 in the U.S. To add authenticity to the role, British chef Marcus Wareing helped the actor in portraying the character.

Marcus was quite impressed by Bradley’s cooking skills and said, “He'd watch me dress a plate and copy it almost identically. I'd stand back and think, 'It's taken me all my life to get here and you just do it straight away!' He's very good”. Talking about the true to life feel of the movie, the chef stated, “My team wrote all the recipes and menus and made sure it was represented the way a chef and a kitchen would have really worked”.

Directed by John Wells, Burnt stars Sienna Miller, Daniel Brühl, Riccardo Scamarcio and Omar Sy, along with Bradley. The movie is produced by Michael Shamberg, Stacey Sher and Erwin Stoff. Steven Knight has written the screenplay or the film.
