The Universal Pictures’ studio has been completely messed up after the untimely death of their very own Brian O’Conner aka Walker as they are clueless how to proceed with the further filming of the upcoming instalment of Fast and Furious. The studio executives and director Wan held a meeting on Sunday planning the further production which was scheduled to resume today in Atlanta after a Thanksgiving break. Following Atlanta the unit was slated to move to Abu Dhabi in January for some additional sequences. Universal released a statement saying they are “heartbroken” over the death news of Walker. Officials have stated that excessive speed caused the fatal car crash. Executives from Pantelion Films and Lionsgate also held a meeting with Hours producer Peter Safran on Sunday and they eventually decided that they will stick to their original date of releasing the Hurricane Katrina drama on December 13. Pantelion CEO Paul Presburger told, "After lots of back and forth, this is our decision. It's Paul's tour de force. He's in every frame of the movie.” Walker also produced the independent film with Safran. Safran said to a leading international daily, "Paul would have very much wanted us to move forward. He was incredibly proud of this project. We did a press junket two weeks ago, and I remember sitting with him and how excited he was for people to see this movie. He really looked to this movie to show people that he is an actor.” "He was looking for something to showcase his acting skills, which he so rarely had the chance to do. He hit it out of the park,” he added.
