Read On To Find Out The Awkward Moment Anne Hathaway Experienced With Her Son

It seems that actress Anne Hathaway can never forget the awkward mom and baby moment she encountered recently. The 34-year-old said that how her 12-month-old son, Jonathan, narrowly escaped an injury when she took him to a slide in a New York City park. She revealed about the incident when she appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

She shared, "I saw this slide, which looked gorgeous and the kids weren't going that fast. So I thought, okay I'll bring Johnny on the slide. So I get to the top and all the little kids are cutting ahead of us, I could not say anything because I am an adult. So I get to the top of the slide - and just for any girls in the audience, [I was] in a skirt, which was dumb - so I pull the skirt around me and I put Johnny there, and we're going down the slide, and now the moms are watching."

The Colossal star went on to explain that she misjudged combined effect of their weight on the slide. She thought that she would go down the slide slowly like  other kids but the mother-son duo picked up some serious speed while they sliding down and which sent them thundering down the slide. The entire incidence made the audience standing in the park burst into laughter.

Anne and her husband Adam Shulman, who is a jewellery designer, welcomed their first baby Jonathan Rosebanks Shulman in March last year.
