Ryan Reynolds To Lend His Voice To The Character Of 'Detective Pikachu'

It seems that Ryan Reynolds is looking forward to create a fan base comprising of children and teenagers. After portraying the humoristic character of Deadpool, the actor will be next working in an upcoming ‘Pokemon’ movie. The upcoming movie has been titled as ‘Detective Pikachu’.

According to reports, Reynolds will be giving his voice to the character of ‘Detective Pikachu’. The movie revolves around the life of a teenager, who teams up with the pocket monster ‘Pikachu’. The two are depicted finding the teenager’s father, who has been kidnapped. The action packed movie also stars Justice Smith and Kathryn Newton .

The movie is directed by Rob Letterman and the script is written by Nicole Perlman and Alex Hirsch. ‘Detective Pikachu’ is set to go on the floors soon. Ryan’s upcoming movie ‘Deadpool 2’ is slated to release on June 1, 2018.
