Scarlett Johansson gets engaged to beau Romain Dauriac

The Avengers actress Scarlett Johansson has reportedly got engaged to her journalist lover Romain Dauriac. A source close to the couple confirmed, "They're engaged and very happy,” though no confirmation has been received yet from the actress’ spokesperson.

The proposal for the much-awaited engagement ceremony initiated almost a month ago. Scarlett was gifted with a magnificent vintage Art Deco styled ring. At the beginning of this week the 28-year-old actress was spotted wearing a dazzling diamond ring in Italy when she was promoting her new sci-fi flick Under the Skin at the Venice International Film Festival. Since last one year Johanssonkept the media on their feet by wearingdiamond rings on her left hand. In July she arrived in LAwearing a lavish gold ring with a diamond and ruby which was later explained as a "simply a piece of jewelry."
