Scarlett Johansson, Lupita Nyong'o to board The Jungle Book?

Disney’s live-action movie ‘The Jungle Book’ by director Jon Favreau is highly anticipated and it is learnt that Scarlett Johansson and Lupita Nyong’o are in negotiations to essay some important characters. Lupita is said to depict Mowgli’s mother Rakeha, a wolf who adopts a human Mowgli, while Johansson is likely to play a negative role of Kaa, an animal eating python.

Shere Khan, a man-eating tiger, is the primary villain in the movie played by Idris Elba. No actor has been signed yet to play Mowgli. Justin Marks is attached to the venture as writer, while Brigham Taylor is financing the flick releasing on October 9, 2015. Scarlett is busy shooting for Chef, Lucy and Avengers: Age of Ultron. Nyong'o was last seen in Non-Stop after her Oscar performance in 12 Years a Slave and she has no projects in her kitty as of now.
