Scott Caan in negotiation for ‘Rock the Kasbah’

Ever since Shia LaBeouf exited Barry Levinson’s directorial comedy flick ‘Rock the Kasbah’, American actor Scott Caan is in dialogues to replace Shia for a main character. The movie lays stress on the life of a music producer, who moves on a USO tour of Afghanistan with his client. He then finds himself in tragic situation where he is moneyless and later finds a girl with extra-ordinary singing talent.
