    Scott Eastwood fixed for Fox 2000’s The Longest Ride

    ‘Invictus’ and ‘Enter Nowhere’ actor Scott Eastwood has bagged a lead role in The Longest Ride. The film will be an adaptation of 2013 novel with same name by Nicholas Sparks. The movie surrounds an elderly widower, whose life tangles after a car crash. The man later meets a college student, who influences him and the two falls in love.

    The movie will get direction from filmmaker George Tillman Jr. Temple Hill’s Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey and Theresa Park, Robert Teitel, along with the writer of the novel will be financing the venture. The movie will be made under Fox 2000 studios. Scott emerged as Scott Reeves in 2006 flick Flags of Our Fathers and has worked in number of films since then. Eastwood’s recent release was The Perfect Wave and he is currently filming for Fury.
