Taylor Swift Shows Generous Side Again, Donates $50,000!

American singer-songwriter Taylor recently extended a helping hand towards the family of a baby with cancer. 13-month-old Ayden is the nephew of one of the backup dancers, Toshi Davidson, for Taylor Swift's 1989 tour. The Love Story singer donated $50,000 for the baby’s treatment.

Toshi took to a social media website and posted about his nephew’s condition. He said, “They are still running tests to find out the stage and how far it has spread”. The dancer added, “He was just diagnosed with cancer yesterday after being in the ICU for over 2 weeks. At first, doctors believed he had pneumonia after they found fluid in his lungs”. The family set up a donation page on gofundme, where the aim was to collect $20,000.

Taylor Swift logged on to the page and donated $50,000 for the treatment. She said, “Baby Ayden, I'm lucky enough to perform with your uncle Toshi on tour. All of us are praying for you and your mama and sending so much love your way. Love, Taylor”. Toshi showed his appreciation for the generous donation and said, “She is such an incredible human being. This will help Lil Toshi in this time of need”.
