    Actor Tim Roth would soon be seen portraying the role of George Wallace in Selma. Selma is supposed to be a movie based on Nobel Peace Prize winner Martin Luther King Jr. The role of Alabama governor George Wallace is very crucial as he had segregationist attitudes, while Martin Luther King Jr. was a peace lover.

    Thus, Tim Roth has been offered a quite challenging role in the movie. The 53-year old actor made his film debut in Made in Britain. He was nominated for the BAFTA Award for Best Newcomer for his role in The Hit. He also won Stockholm International Film Festival Award for Best Actor for his performance in Broken. Tim Roth was recently seen in the role of Monaco`s Prince Rainer III in Grace of Monaco. Selma, directed by Ava DuVernay would star David Oyelowo as Martin Luther King Jr. The movie also features Hugh Jackman, Carmen Ejogo, Robert De Niro and Tom Wilkinson.
