Tom Cruise: ‘The Mummy’ Will Be Intense

In order to make their movie success, Universal Studios have hired Tom Cruise to star in the upcoming action adventure horror 'The Mummy'. The actor has promised his fans that the film will be ‘intense’. "The film will be full of adventure, and also very funny, we're really playing with a lot of tones,” said the 54-year-old at an event.

Apart from Cruise, the movie also features Russell Crowe, Annabelle Wallis and Sofia Boutella. While others were present but there was one person who not present at the launch event of the movie held at Los Angeles. Well, it was Russell Crowe who was not in attendance. Russell will portray the role of Dr Jekyll.

The event was filled with fun and laughter. About their experience of working with Tom, the rest of cast jokingly said that working with the Mission Impossible actor only meant stunts and were lucky to be alive. The movie will hit the theatres on June 9, 2017 in the UK and the US.
