    Finally the official theatrical trailer of Veronica Mars movie has been released which shows Veronica Mars (Kristen Bell) learning about her ex-lover’s legal controversies as he was charged of killing his lady-love.
    In the trailer Logan Echolls (Jason Dohring) says to Veronica, "Nine years of radio silence and yet I still kind of knew I could count on you.” The Veronica Mars movie, which has been made with the funds of the fans, is scheduled to hit the big screens on March 14 at AMC Theatres in the U.S.-based selected markets. The movie has been written and directed by series creator Rob Thomas. Thomas issued a statement saying, "This project has been a labor of love for everyone involved—me, the cast, my producing partners.”

    He added, "We are so grateful for the outpouring of support from the Kickstarter backers. This movie wouldn't have happened without them." The short screen version of Veronica Mars got telecast on UPN and The WB from 2004-2007 for three consecutive seasons. The Kickstarter campaign to fund the film adaptation started in February 2013 and within 10 hours it collected the required amount of $2 million. A total of more than $5.7 million was collected through the campaign. Other stars like Chris Lowell, Ryan Hansen, Krysten Ritter, Percy Daggs III, Tina Majorino, Francis Capra, Ken Marino and Enrico Colantoni will be reprising their original roles in the movie.
