Vin Diesel Breaks Silence on Rivalry with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson

Vin Diesel and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson are the two power houses of the Hollywood. Both have worked together in four films of ‘The Fast and the Furious’ franchise. However, few months back, internet witnessed a feud between the fans of these superstars. The feud started with a lengthy post of Dwayne on the Instagram, in which he called Vince a ‘candy a**’ and ‘chicken s**t’. Now, Vin Diesel has commented over this online quarrel to clear the rumours.

According to the reports of JustJared.com, Vince said that the matter was actually blown out of proportion. He revealed that he is very close to his ‘Fate of the Furious’ co-star. “I don’t think the world really realises how close we are, in a weird way. I think some things may be blown out of proportion. I don’t think that was his intention. I know he appreciates how much I work for this franchise. In my house, he’s Uncle Dwayne,” Vin told USA Today.

Although, he agreed that some creative differences do exist between them, but above all he ‘protects’ everyone. “I protect everybody including Dwayne. I protected Dwayne more than he’ll ever know. And it doesn’t matter. He doesn’t have to know. But he appreciates it. He knows it. Dwayne has only got one Vin in his life. Dwayne Johnson only has one big brother in this film world and that’s me,” Diesel said.
