Vin Diesel's Riddick to get a multi-lingual release in India

On September 6 the much-awaited movie of Vin Diesel, Riddick, will hit the Indian theatres with a bang. It will release in four languages simultaneously, English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The third film in The Chronicles of Riddick series, Riddick, will show Diesel in the title role.

In India Riddick will be distributed by PVR Pictures. Deepak Sharma, Chief Operating Officer of PVR Pictures Ltd., issued a statement saying, "The 'Riddick' series has been a glorious franchise in the west, and we thought it was the right time to bring this cult to India.” Sharma added further, "We are set to release the film pan India in four different languages. Owing to the fact that Vin Diesel is a name synonymous with action, we believe that the audience will definitely anticipate the release of this film.” Riddick is a dark sci-fi flick which will also have some thrilling battle sequences. This David Twohy directed film is getting released nine years after the last film’s release in the franchise.
