Will Monsters University be able to lift Best Animated Feature Oscar this time?

Monsters University is a 2013 3D-animated-comedy produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. The flick was directed by Dan Scanlon and produced by Kori Rae. The film failed to grab an award to Shrek in an inaugural Animated Feature Oscar, but now the franchise is looking forward to get a second chance to win the same.

Best Animated Feature category was started in 2001 and since then, Pixar has dominated this segment. It has won seven times out its nine nominations. Though, there is no doubt that Monsters University will have to face a tough competition from The Croods and Despicable Me 2. It would be interesting to see whether the flick makes the cut or not.
