    X-Men: Apocalypse 80s vibe is strong


    Upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse director Bryan Singer has shared the first official photo from the movie's set. Singer has shared a snap of actresses Lana Condor and Sophie Turner on set. Both actress will play Jubilee and Jean Grey, respectively, were apparently shooting a scene at an arcade on what Singer mentioned in the status was their second day of filming. Recently, Singer also revealed a first look of Angel, played by Ben Hardy and young Nightcrawler, portrayed by Kodi Smit-McPhee.




    X-Men: Apocalypse is going to the 1980s, and so was Sophie Turner and Lana Condor is in their Jean Grey and Jubilee 80s costumes, respectively. The hair and the jeans alone are enough to make them look like characters of that era. The project is already in production and also due in theaters on May 27, 2016.


    The film also stars James McAvoy (Professor X), Michael Fassbender (Magneto), Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), and Nicholas Hoult (Beast), with a number of other stars reprising their roles, including Rose Byrne (Moira MacTaggert), Evan Peters (Quicksilver) and Lucas Till (Havok). Newcomers team includes Tye Sheridan (Cyclops), Olivia Munn (Psylocke), Alexandra Shipp (Storm), Ben Hardy (Angel) and Oscar Isaac as the titular antagonist.
