Aindrita Ray Says ‘Niruttara’ Was Experience Of Lifetime

Kannada film actress Aindrita Ray made her acting debut in 2007 with Mahesh Babu's directorial ‘Meravanige’. She will soon be seen in ‘Niruttara’. The romantic drama is helmed by Apoorva Kasaravalli and is scheduled for release on December 23.

Recently, in an interview with the Bangalore Times, Aindrita talked about her upcoming film. This is the first time the actress is working with the entire team of Niruttara. Ask her what are her takeaways, the actress replies, “This is also the first time that I am doing a multi-cast film, and I have learnt a lot from it. Although I didn't have scenes with Rahul Bose, I heard a lot about the way he acts. I am friends with Kiran (Srinivas) in real-life, and I play his friend in the movie as well, so it was very comfortable to work with him. The same goes for Bhavana. It was a different experience to work with Apurva (Kasaravalli, the director) and the cameraman (HM Ramachandra)”.

“Apurva is very talented; he's very sweet, but when we are shooting, he does not compromise. So, all of us ended up giving 9-10 takes for each scene. The shoot was also very hard, since we shot in the Thar Desert, and then went to Manali next — so, we were exposed to extreme temperatures. I thought that I would collapse in Rajasthan due to the heat! It was not easy, but it was an experience of a lifetime”, she added.
