Murali Gurappa Talks About His Directorial Debut, Siliconn City

Murali Gurappa is all prepped up as his directorial debut flick, Siliconn City, is all set to hit the theatres on Friday. While talking to scribes a day ago its release, Murali spoke about the flick and said that its story has a strong connection with him. The flick is a remake of Tamil film Metro which released in 2016.

About the flick, he said, “I was confident about the film because I liked the subject. The story in the movie inspired me; it is about a middle-class family. I am also from a middle-class family and have experienced a few aspects that you see in the film. So, I have a strong connect with the story”.

The film stars Srinagar Kitty, Suraj Gowda, Kavya Shetty and Ekta Rathod in the lead roles. Touted as an action film, it is being bankrolled by Manjula Somashekar and Ravi M. The film releases tomorrow on June 16.
