Ravi Verma to feature in Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees

After proving his mettle in a lot of Sandalwood and Tollywood movies, stunt director Ravi Verma has taken Bollywood by storm. After directing Shah Rukh Khan in the stunt sequences of Happy New Year, Ravi is set to share the screen space with King Khan in his upcoming project, Raees. The film will also mark the Bollywood debut of Pakistani actress Mahira Khan.

If reports are to be believed, the stunt master is leaving for Mumbai in May to begin shooting his part. Co-produced by Farhan Akhtar, the Rahul Dholakia directorial is slated for release on July 17. Apart from Raees, it is said that the action director is working on his directorial debut.

Ravi Verma has worked in over 150 Kannada movies and 25 Telugu films. The stunt master has choreographed action sequences for a lot of Hindi films, including Salman Khan's Jai Ho, Ajay Devgn’s Action Jackson and Shahid Kapoor's R... Rajkumar. His journey doesn’t seem to end here but there’s a lot for him in the store.
