Dulquer Salmaan Roped in for Sameer Thahir’s Next

Dulquer Salmaan has been roped in to play the lead role in Sameer Thahir’s upcoming yet-to-be titled film. The romantic-action thriller will be produced under the banner of Handmade Films.The cinematographer-turned director has previously worked with the actor in film Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi.

The project is in its initial stage as of now. Reportedly, the shooting for the film will start next year. Talking of the film, the director told TOI, “It will be a romantic action thriller, but I wouldn't call it a movie that can be restricted to a specific genre. We are yet to start the casting or finalise on technicians, and the project will start rolling in 2016”.

The makers are hunting for the lead actress and have also posted an ad on the official Facebook page of the flick. As per the demand, the actress should be aged between 18 and 26 and should exhibit proficient driving skills. Reportedly, the film will release next year.
