Marathi Actress Usha Jadhav Admires Mohanlal

Marathi actress Usha Jadhav has recently revealed that she used to watch Mollywood films in her childhood. The actress said that she is an ardent fan of Mohanlal. Usha was in Kerela recently and she said that the culture of the city has left a great impact on her mind.

“I have watched a few Malayalam films when I was a kid. I became a fan of Mohanlal after that. Though I do not remember the names of all the Malayalam films I have watched, I still remember Mohanlal's Kaalapani”, she said.

About the criticism that she faced in the initial days in the industry, she said, “I was often cast aside by directors saying that I look very ordinary. Looking back at my journey, I think those rejections have taught me a lot and made me stron”. Usha has been awarded best actress for Marathi film Dhag and she says that things have changed thereafter. “People who had belittled me till then, suddenly started sending me messages and giving me compliments”. Now the actress aspires to work alongside Amitabh Bachchan in Bollywood.
