Pratap K. Pothen To Direct Dulquer Salmaan In His Next

Pratap K. Pothen has proved his mettle in Mollywood both as a director as well as an actor. Recently after showcasing his talent in acting and winning several awards, the filmmaker is all set return to the director’s chair. For his next directorial venture Pothen wants Dulquer Salmaan to play the lead role.

Talking about the yet-to-be titled flick, Pothen was quoted as saying, “I loved Dulquer's performance in Ustad Hotel and OK Kanmani, and the films proved that he has the potential to go places. This is why I wanted him for my movie. All I can say regarding the project is that Dulquer will be the lead”.

While this film is still under the planning stage, Pothen has already chosen his next project. The filmmaker says that his next project after Dalquer starrer film will be a with Dulquer's dad Mammootty. “Once this movie is over, I will be making a film that will be an ode to my father (Kolathinkal Pothen), with Mammootty in the lead”, he said.
