Rasika Dugal To Make Her Mollywood Debut Alongside Dulquer Salmaan

Rasika Dugal who starred alongside Irrfan Khan in Bollywood off-beat movie ‘Qissa’, has been roped in for Dulquer Salmaan starrer ‘Kammatti Paadam’. Besides Rasika, the movie already stars two newcomers Shaun Romy and Amalda Liz in the Malayalam movie. Rajeev Ravi is on board as director.

Talking about the film, Rasika said, “I shot for the film for about 10 days in Mumbai and Trivandrum. Rajeev doesn't want me to talk much about the character as it will be a spoiler. I don't know how my character has turned out in the film as Rajeev is a very 'instinctive' director. Though he comes to the set with a fair idea about the scene, while shooting he might go for sudden changes and follow his instincts”.

About Dulquer, the actress said, “I have no words to describe him, a great co-actor who is also very easy to get along with. I had heard a lot about him and was a bit worried about acting alongside him. But after meeting him, we became really good friends. Seeing his dedication, I would say that this guy would go a long way. He is very sensitive about other people's needs and that really makes every scene a beautiful one”.
