Shanthi Krishna Is Elated Of Being A Part Of ‘Njandukalude Naattil Oridavela’
Actress Shanthi Krishna, who is making a comeback to Malayalam cinema after a long hiatus of two decades, is on cloud nine these days as her movie ‘Njandukalude Naattil Oridavela’ has finally hit the theatres. She was seen playing the gritty and iron-willed Sheela Chacko in the film, which she says is one her best roles so far. The film which released on September 1 received good response from audience.
Talking about the film, she said, “I am so glad that people loved the movie. I was very nervous about acting when the shooting began, but with the grace of God and love from audience, everything went well. It’s a great team work and the credit goes to everyone.”
The actress was paired opposite Lal in the movie. Apart from Lal, the Althaf Salim directorial also starred Nivin Pauly, Ahaana Krishna, Srinda Arhaan, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Siju Wilson, Sharafudheen, Krishna Shankar and Dileesh Pothan. Praising her co-stars from the flick, Shanthi said that she felt as if she was working with her family.
When asked her what roles she would like to do in future, Krishna said that she wants to do versatile roles, focusing more on those which would give her a chance to show her dancing skills.
