WATCH: Finally, Jagga Jasoos Looks Like The Musical We Had Been Waiting For!

The trailer of Jagga Jasoos released way back in March. The trailer had major Barfi feels and it was a no dialogue trailer. After the songs started to come out, it could be understood that Ranbir Kapoor does not play a mute character. But it still could not be understood what is going on. Now, to make things more smooth, the second trailer of the film is out two weeks before its release and damn, it is so good.

The trailer introduces Ranbir Kapoor's character 'Jagga' as someone who stammers a lot. So he sings to say what he feels. He has special powers too. He makes full use of his other senses and is way too smart. He can see through things and analyse them better than common men. In short, he is like a teenager Sherlock Holmes.

He is out to solve the mystery of his father's disappearance, that the rest of the world has called a death. And for that he has Shruti by his side!

The rest of the trailer looks absolutely exciting. It is an absolute visual treat and it promises to have excitement, thriller and a lot of cat and mouse chase!

Ranbir Kapoor is looking flawless as Jagga. Never for once would you feel that he is going OTT (like Salman Khan in Tubelight). He is spontanoeus and natural.

Katrina Kaif too is looking way too good. While it has always been felt that the movies have not explored her potential to the fullest, this might be one where she outshines her rest of the movies. She has not got as much scope in the trailer as Ranbir, but this looks promising!

This trailer actually looks quite different from Barfi. And the major takeaway was the music that made the entire trailer even more exciting. Good job there Pritam. This looks like a musical now. Check out the trailer here:
