He has given India one of the best movies which will be definitely counted among classics in the next 10 years! Vikramditya gave us the Ranveer Singh we never knew existed. He gave us Varun Srivastava in Lootera and Pakhi aka Sonakshi Sinha. Both actors delivered the best performances of their career when nobody expected such talent coming from them. Sonakshi got rid of her Rajjo tag from Dabangg and Ranveer did not become the roadside Romeo for the first time. Impeccable direction and beautiful story telling is Vikramaditya Motwane’s strength. He made a prolific movie like Udaan, and now his upcoming movie Trapped is creating buzz. Vikram’s next is Bhavesh Joshi which is also one of the most anticipated films of 2017. But, you don’t see accolades coming in for him as a director as often as we see them coming for may be directors of much average caliber in the industry.

    Homi Adajania

5 Most Underrated New Age Directors Of Bollywood

Being Cyrus, Cocktail and Finding Fanny, Homi is the most underrated director of our times. Homi has an out of the box way of storytelling which no other filmmaker has. In his extremely unconventional approach to filmmaking, he’s made the most amazing movies for us. He’s tapped the potential of the most untapped actors of our industry like Deepika in Cocktail, which gave her the flight and recognition she’d been longing for as Veronica. Homi made an extremely abstract film like Finding Fanny and that movie didn’t get its due. There are many who don’t even know that it was a movie and a spectacular one! Homi deserves our attention, appreciation and he needs to make more and more movies!

    Make more movies guys!
