Rustom Song Review: 'Rustom Vahi’ Is An Extended Trailer Of The Film!

While the romantic track from Rustom between Akshay and Ileana took us closer to the evolving passion between them, the new track from the film appears to be an extended trailer of the film. Rushing through the inner details of narration, the song is a mysterious build up to film’s already intriguing plot and glorifies Rustom with all potential.

Rustom Song Review: 'Rustom Vahi’ Is An Extended Trailer Of The Film!

Set in the era of late 50’s and early 60’s, the song showcases a very authentic appeal of those times and carefully puts our attention to detail. Making us go back to the 70’s retro/cabaret style of music, the music of the song too strikingly compliments and makes for a deeply interesting track that you can listen on loop. Raghav Sachar who is already an inventive style of music composer along with singer Sukriti Kakar has once again transformed the mood of the audience through his impressive music alone.

Rustom as we already have discussed is quite an interesting take on some of the real life incidents that happened back in the day. Akshay who finds his wife is cheating on him with someone else kills off her lover and later fights a case against the jury to walk out free. With so much happening in the film, the song also showcases those details that we probably didn’t see in the trailer.

With an assemblage of actors like Akshay, Ileana, Arjan Bajwa, Pawan Malhotra, Esha Gupta and Parmeet Sethi, the film is already high on promising an exciting ride and every detail about the film implies some or the other message. As the song reads ‘Rustom Vahi’, it clearly wants to make Rustom a symbolic aspect of sharpness and deception!
