Several actresses have discussed the issue on Anupama Chopra's show and then a similar discussion was taken up by Rajeev Masand on his show with the 4 beautiful women including Deepika Padukone, Kalki Koechlin, Richa Chadda and Anushka Sharma.

Earlier, Radhika Apte has been vocal about the same issue in the Telugu Film Industry and Ileana D'cruz has drawn attention to another level of sexism.
