The Day 2 of the Hindustan Times Palate Fest kicked off in style in the morning as a lot of people started coming in early in the sunny weather and making the most of the weekend. There was no dearth of variety or diversity in terms of food as dishes from all over the world were available and it was difficult for people to control their taste buds!

Chinese, Continental, Lebanese, India, street-food, Italian and Mexican were just some of the food types whose stalls had a large gathering of people waiting to taste the delicacies. There was a lot of demand for the desserts and people were seen enjoying ice-creams, cakes, waffles and some mouth-watering Indian sweets.

But the most important and probably the best event of the day was saved for the last. Euphoria, one of the best and most well-known rock bands in India left the crowd in a state of trance after their enchanting performance. Led by their energetic and enthusiastic frontman, Dr. Palash Sen, the band belted out hits after hits leaving the crowd wanting for more.
