Amala Paul to have Christian engagement, Hindu wedding

Actress Amala Paul is all set to get married to famous Tamil director Vijay this June. As the latest buzz goes by, the couple will exchange engagement rings at a church in Kochi while the wedding will take place following traditional Hindu customs.

On June 7 the engagement will be a private ceremony at St. Jude Church, Choondi, to be attended by close friends and relatives. Then a grand reception will be held for friends and colleagues from the film fraternity, at CIAL Convention Centre, Nedumbassery. On June 12 the Hindu marriage ceremony will take place in Chennai. Amala’s mother has confirmed that the wedding will also be a grand one, to be organized at Mayor Ramanathan Chettiar Hall, Chennai, and top film personalities from Kollywood have been invited for the same. Amala is presently filming Mili at Thiruvananthapuram and she has a Mohanlal project too in her kitty. Earlier Amala had confirmed that she will not be quitting her acting career after her marriage.
